As a licensed Family Psychologist in the Arroyo-Verdugo area, I’d love to help your family navigate through these overwhelming and challenging times. I would like the privilege to guide your family as you work towards your goals and overcome obstacles in your way.
**COVID-19**
The mental toll COVID-19 is taking is very real and can be exhausting. Our current crisis is unprecedented and I would like to be of service as much as possible. To better serve you during this time, therapy clients have the option to be seen using a HIPPA compliant platform for video sessions.

As a clinician, I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment to begin setting goals and working towards achieving them. I also firmly believe that developing a stronger sense of self is key to feeling fulfilled and finding inner peace and serenity. In addition, I am as passionate about working with families as I am about caring for my own. As a parent myself, I understand the joys and challenges that come with raising a family. With over 10 years of experience working with children and families, I am confident that we can work together to build stronger more meaningful connections. It is my privilege to be of service and gently aid in the process of your future development.
About Therapy
Facing challenges is something that all people have in common at every stage of life. Sometimes it is due to a painful loss, an internal struggle, conflict, new member of the family or a difficult transition. These experiences may leave us with a sense of helplessness or feeling alone - making it difficult to reach out for help. The therapeutic journey can be eye opening, exciting, difficult, and even painful at times which is why the therapeutic relationship is so important.
It takes courage to have come this far and I feel a great sense of honor to aide in this process. I am committed to helping my clients develop a stronger sense of self, while maintaining emotional closeness to those they care about.
