Sessions and Fees

Each session is tailored for the specific needs each client brings. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and can range up to 90 minutes if necessary. Therapy sessions typically occur weekly and adjustments can be discussed over time as needed. There may be circumstances that will require more

or less frequent sessions based on client needs. 

The fee per session is:

$225 for 50 mins

$265 for 75 mins

$355 for 90 mins
 

** Some Sliding Scale Slots are Available **  

Payment Options

 Each session is expected to be paid at the time it is held by cash, credit card,

or personal check (in-person treatment). 

Insurance

In order to reduce your out of pocket costs, I can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

To get information on reimbursement rates, contact your insurance and get the following information:

  • What coverage do you have for mental health services?

     

  • What is your deductible and how much of it has been met?

     

  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions your insurance permits?

     

  • What does your insurance pay for mental health services provided by an out-of-network psychologist?

     

Cancellation Policy

Once an appointment is scheduled, you are responsible to pay for the session unless you provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation.

  • Please be advised that insurance companies do not cover missed appointments or late cancellations and that you are responsible to pay for the full session amount.

  • This policy does take into account unusual or unexpected circumstances that prevent a client from attending a scheduled session.
